the bedroom was lovely, with light colors and plenty of daylight.

I booked a junior suite and asked for the second bed to be made for my daughter. this was not done. it was awkward to get it sorted. the hotel did not reimburse its holding charge until i asked, a week later. This was like a double charge.

I loved the interiors showcasing elegance and attention to every detail! The staff was helpful. Julia gave excellent directions to the Christmas Market. Vincent, the gentleman who carried our bags, was very polite. The visit was wonderful!

The hotel allows dogs, and I saw one curled up on a chair in the bar. I don't think pets should be allowed in bar areas.

A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Hotel

The hotel architecture had fine details. I found the front desk staff very friendly and professional. My room was impeccably clean. I found the mattress relaxing after a long day traveling and sightseeing. I really appreciated the complimentary tea selection with Nespresso capsules and biscuits.

The bar was a tiny. It had only two tables that could accommodate four people, also, the bar closed early at 11 pm.

The front desk staff greeted me with a big smile upon arrival, and they even upgraded my room. A young man also offered me a drink and helped me with my luggage, so I really enjoyed it. I would also commend the night team at the concierge desk. They were very attentive and efficient during the service, I will always remember that.

My room featured a comfortable bed with excellent bed linen. I enjoyed great soundproofing, which ensured a very peaceful sleep. I was able to use the complimentary wellness areawith a large jacuzzi area, sauna, and steam room, so it was pretty useful.

my room was beautiful with a fine views. i loved the super comfortable bed that was made up everyday. the room was equiped with a tea kettle, a nespresso coffee machine and mineral water.

i stayed at this hotel in september 2023 and again this year. this year it was a bit different. i made several reservations under my name, this created a lot of confusion for the staff. i wasn't offered any refreshment as the previous time in 2023.
